Service Scope

• SellToAI and Moras Shop provide product recommendations, Product Evidence Cards, creator-video evidence, TikTok proof, and attribution links.
• Recommendations help users discover buyable physical goods; final purchase, payment, fulfillment, returns, and support are handled by external merchants, platforms, or checkout providers.
• SellToAI does not provide financial, medical, legal, or professional procurement advice, and does not guarantee that any product is suitable for a specific user.

User Responsibilities

• Users should independently evaluate whether a product fits their budget, age range, region, use case, and safety requirements.
• Do not send sensitive personal information, payment card numbers, government IDs, passwords, third-party credentials, or raw personal memory to SellToAI.
• Do not use the service to query, export, or infer Moras or SellToAI internal business data, rankings, total GMV, order details, or database contents.

Purchases and Third-Party Links

• Moras Shop may show purchase links to third-party merchants, TikTok Shop, Shopify, or other external pages.
• Prices, availability, shipping, refunds, taxes, and policies on external sites may change and are governed by the relevant third party terms.
• SellToAI may use attribution links to understand whether a recommendation led to a click or purchase.

Limitations and Disclaimers

• The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee that recommendations, prices, availability, images, videos, or merchant information will always be accurate, complete, or available.
• To the extent allowed by law, SellToAI is not responsible for third-party products, merchant fulfillment, external checkout, shipping, returns, or post-purchase support.
• We may adjust, limit, or suspend the service for safety, abuse prevention, maintenance, compliance, or product improvement.
